Delivery & Pickup Information
Delivery Orders:
- Once payments have been cleared, items are normally dispatched within 1 to 2 business days; however, please allow around 5 to 10 business days for the items to arrive.
- Before the payment is made, buyers have the full responsibility to give us with the exact delivery address and mobile phone number on the checkout page.
- All Products will be delivered once they have been picked and packed
- Cheapest option will be selected for delivery by selected 3rd party courier.
- Please note that once the checkout is done, any changes made to the address will not be considered as valid.
- For any delays, losses and/or damage of items arising out of changes made to the delivery address after the checkout, or due to the errors made by buyers, Lifestyle Layne shall not be accountable.
- To facilitate delivery of bulky freight, it’s necessary that buyers provide an answered phone number.Lifestyle Layne shall not be responsible if buyers fail to provide an answered phone number.
- Bear in mind that we do not deliver items to the PO Boxes.
- The buyer may receive a card in their letterbox where goods are sent through Australia Post indicating that their item is available for pickup from their local post office.
- For items that are undelivered and/or returned due to inaccurate delivery address or unsuccessful delivery, a re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers. Delivery is only provided within Australia Post or selected courier’s operating hours.
Please note: On Sundays, public holidays or after business hours, delivery or Pick-up is not available.
For Collection/ Pick up Orders:
- Prior to pick-up, all orders must be fully paid for and payments to be cleared. To facilitate collection, you must furnish photo ID, a copy of your receipt (smart phone intimation accepted).
- Before collection, payment must be fully made through PayPal/ Visa or Master card.
- Collect from – Unit 1 /12 Merritt Street Capalaba Brisbane Australia. Weekdays: Monday – Friday 7.am – 4:00pm,
- (Excluding Public Holidays – Warehouse closed on Public Holidays).
- Collection is required to be made within 7 business days of Purchase.

Lifestyle Layne is not responsible for any duties, customs, tariffs, taxes, and VATs applied to your package. Lifestyle Layne is not responsible for any taxes, fees, charges, or shipping costs for items that cannot be imported into your destination country.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Lifestyle Layne is required by law to declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Lifestyle Layne, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Lifestyle Layne. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
