I was hesitant to order, as I’m based in NSW and was wary of the postal delays across state lines. However, my item was dispatched almost immediately and made it to my apartment in less than a week. I was pleasantly surprised, as I was expecting at least 2 weeks. The item itself is exactly as described, and I’ve enjoyed using it immensely. The only slight criticism I have is the pump was not great quality. However, I don’t believe this is a fault of bargains2udirect, but the manufacturer. The pump did function, it was just a bit awkward and difficult to use. Anyway, the ball itself is wonderful and has helped with my chronic pain already! And the price for the item was extremely competitive, especially given the high quality of customer service. Will definitely consider Lifestyle Layne in the future and recommend them to others.
