Essential oil – Bergamot (Citrus bergamia)

The uplifting properties of Bergamot oil reduce anxiety, depression, nervous tension, and negative emotions. It also has antiseptic properties that can reduce fever and fight infections. Additionally, it soothes skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. Bergamot also acts as a deodorant. Avoid applying this oil to the skin before going out in the sun, as it is phototoxic.

Extraction: Cold pressed from Fruit rind

Blends well with these oils: Lavender, Jasmine and Lemon

Aroma: citrus tones with slight sweet and spicy aroma
