This mat has been amazing for all styles of yoga, including hot yoga! Where down dog was a slippery challenge, I’m now able to hold all types of advanced poses without slipping! The superior quality of these mats supports balances whilst still providing excellent cushioning. The only negative was the bag it came in broke, but otherwise super happy with my purchase. 55356,💖
